1 John 10:1-6
1Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.

2But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.

3To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.
4And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.

5And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.
6This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.

Some people will not enter through the door and they will be thieves and robbers.

Someone will go through the door and he is the shepherd of the sheep

The authority opens the door for the shepherd and the shepherd calls for his sheep, he leads his sheep out.

When the shepherd gets his sheep out from under the authority, the sheep follow him and know his voice.

The sheep will never follow a stranger.

John 18:28-40
28Then led they Jesus from Caiaphas unto the hall of judgment: and it was early; and they themselves went not into the judgment hall, lest they should be defiled; but that they might eat the passover.
29Pilate then went out unto them, and said, What accusation bring ye against this man? 30They answered and said unto him, If he were not a malefactor, we would not have delivered him up unto thee. 31Then said Pilate unto them, Take ye him, and judge him according to your law. The Jews therefore said unto him, It is not lawful for us to put any man to death: 32That the saying of Jesus might be fulfilled, which he spake, signifying what death he should die.33Then Pilate entered into the judgment hall again, and called Jesus, and said unto him, Art thou the King of the Jews? 34Jesus answered him, Sayest thou this thing of thyself, or did others tell it thee of me? 35Pilate answered, Am I a Jew? Thine own nation and the chief priests have delivered thee unto me: what hast thou done? 36Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. 37Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.38Pilate saith unto him, What is truth? And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and saith unto them, I find in him no fault at all.
39But ye have a custom, that I should release unto you one at the passover: will ye therefore that I release unto you the King of the Jews? 40Then cried they all again, saying, Not this man, but Barabbas. Now Barabbas was a robber.
Jesus is led through “the door” into the hall of Judgement to meet Pilate, but the Jews will not enter “the door” into the Judgement hall so they won’t be defiled.

Pilate takes Jesus out to the Jews and tells them to take him judge him according to the their law.

The Jews don’t want to take Jesus away because they can’t kill Him.

Pilate and Jesus go back into the Judgement hall. Jesus is called the King of the Jews.

Jesus says His Kingdom is of this world.

Pilate calls Jesus King of the Jesus again.

Jesus says, “Every one that is of truth hearth my voice.”

Pilate finds no fault in Jesus.

The Jews have the option to pick Jesus or Barabbas (a robber). They choose Barabbas.

Jesus is fixing the wrong choices that the Jews will make. In other words, He is telling them what to do in advance but they will do the opposite.

Jesus is the shepherd who enters though the door into the Judgement Hall but the Jews will not go though it, they will choose a thief and a robber instead of Jesus.

Pilate lead Jesus out to the Jews but they won’t hear him and they want Jesus dead.

Pilate recognizes the perfection of Jesus and tries to protect Him from the Jews by taking Him before them and giving them a choice to hear the voice of their Shepherd or the voice of a stranger (Barabbas).

The Jews choose the voice of the stranger (Barabbas).

2 John 10:7-10
7Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.

8All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.

9I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

10The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

The Jews don’t understand what was just said.

Jesus is the door.

The sheep did not hear the thieves and robbers.

Jesus will lead His people and they will be saved.

The thief will lead to death.

Jesus is the good shepherd, and giveth His live for the sheep.

John 19:1-6
1Then Pilate therefore took Jesus, and scourged him. 2And the soldiers platted a crown of thorns, and put it on his head, and they put on him a purple robe, 3And said, Hail, King of the Jews! and they smote him with their hands. 4Pilate therefore went forth again, and saith unto them, Behold, I bring him forth to you, that ye may know that I find no fault in him. 5Then came Jesus forth, wearing the crown of thorns, and the purple robe. And Pilate saith unto them, Behold the man!
6When the chief priests therefore and officers saw him, they cried out, saying, Crucify him, crucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Take ye him, and crucify him: for I find no fault in him.
Pilate take Jesus back in “the door” to scourge Him and dresses Him up like a King. Hail the King of the Jews. Pilate again finds no fault in Jesus, then takes Him out “the door” to the Jews.

The Jews still want the thief (Barabbas) released to them and they want Jesus crucified.

Pilate relents and tells the Jews to take Jesus and crucify Him because Pilate can’t do it because he finds no fault in Jesus.

The Jesus explain the Jesus’ fault is making Himself the Son of God.

Pilate was afraid at that point and went back into the Judgement hall is He really the Son of God.

Jesus stays quiet at this point.

Jesus is fixing the wrong choices that the Jews will make. In other words, He is telling them what to do in advance but they will do the opposite.

Jesus goes in and out of “the door” to the Judgement hall.

The non-Jew (Pilate) is the one who finds no fault in Jesus.

The thief is chosen for life and Jesus is chose for death, but the thief will bring death and Jesus will bring life.

Revelation 8:8-9
8And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood; 9And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.

11I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.

12But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep. 13The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep.

14I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.

15As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father:

and I lay down my life for the sheep.

There is a hireling that is taking care of the someone else’s sheep. But the hireling is scared of the wolves that come and the hireling leaves the sheep to the wolves.

The hireling flees the scene because he doesn’t care for the sheep.

Jesus is the good shepherd, He knows His sheep and is know by His own sheep.

The Father knows Jesus and Jesus knows the Father.

Jesus lays His life down for the sheep.

John 19:7-18
7The Jews answered him, We have a law, and by our law he ought to die, because he made himself the Son of God. 8When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he was the more afraid; 9And went again into the judgment hall, and saith unto Jesus, Whence art thou? But Jesus gave him no answer.
10Then saith Pilate unto him, Speakest thou not unto me? knowest thou not that I have power to crucify thee, and have power to release thee?

11Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin. 12And from thenceforth Pilate sought to release him: but the Jews cried out, saying, If thou let this man go, thou art not Caesar’s friend: whosoever maketh himself a king speaketh against Caesar. 13When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he brought Jesus forth, and sat down in the judgment seat in a place that is called the Pavement, but in the Hebrew, Gabbatha. 14And it was the preparation of the passover, and about the sixth hour: and he saith unto the Jews, Behold your King! 15But they cried out, Away with him, away with him, crucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Shall I crucify your King? The chief priests answered, We have no king but Caesar.
16Then delivered he him therefore unto them to be crucified. And they took Jesus, and led him away. 17And he bearing his cross went forth into a place called the place of a skull, which is called in the Hebrew Golgotha: 18Where they crucified him, and two other with him, on either side one, and Jesus in the midst.

Pilate is the authority over the Jews and Jesus in particular.

Jesus tells Pilate that God has given him temporary power of Jesus.

Pilate wants to let Jesus go one more time.

The Jewish leaders tell Pilate that they will tell Caesar if he lets Jesus go.

Pilate takes Jesus out to the Jews and calls Him their King.

The Jews say, “Away with Him, crucify him.”

Caesar is their King.

Pilate finally gives Jesus over to the Jews to be crucified and Jesus is led away.

Jesus is crucified along with two others.

God has “hired” the Romans (Pilate) to watch over Jesus and protect Him.

Pilate (the hireling) sees that the Jews (the wolf) will “tell on him” to Caesar if he lets Jesus go.

Pilate (the hireling) calls Jesus King but the Jews, but the Jews (the wolf) tell Pilate to kill Jesus.

Pilate is scared, “flees”, and releases Jesus to be killed just as the Jews want.

Jesus is on the cross and willing to lay His life down.

Revelation 8:10-11
10And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; 11And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.

16And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

19And Pilate wrote a title, and put it on the cross. And the writing was, JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWS. 20This title then read many of the Jews: for the place where Jesus was crucified was nigh to the city: and it was written in Hebrew, and Greek, and Latin.
21Then said the chief priests of the Jews to Pilate, Write not, The King of the Jews; but that he said, I am King of the Jews. 22Pilate answered, What I have written I have written. 23Then the soldiers, when they had
crucified Jesus, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part;

and also his coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout. 24They said therefore among themselves, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be: that the scripture might be fulfilled, which saith, They parted my raiment among them, and for my vesture they did cast lots. These things therefore the soldiers did. 25Now there stood by the cross of Jesus his mother, and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Cleophas, and Mary Magdalene.
26When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son! 27Then saith he to the disciple, Behold thy mother! And from that hour that disciple took her unto his own home.

Pilate has a sign put on the cross that states, Jesus is the King of the Jews, but he puts it in three (3) languages: Hebrew, Greek, and Latin. Everyone needs to know. Jesus prophesied that He had other people (sheep) to gather to Himself and then Pilate writes in three (3) languages. The first language is to the current people (sheep), the next to are for future people (sheep). Revelation 8:12-13

Jesus says that He has to power to come back to life. John 20: 1-16
1The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre. 2Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him. 3Peter therefore went forth, and that other disciple, and came to the sepulchre. 4So they ran both together: and the other disciple did outrun Peter, and came first to the sepulchre. 5And he stooping down, and looking in, saw the linen clothes lying; yet went he not in. 6Then cometh Simon Peter following him, and went into the sepulchre, and seeth the linen clothes lie, 7And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself. 8Then went in also that other disciple, which came first to the sepulchre, and he saw, and believed. 9For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead. 10Then the disciples went away again unto their own home.
11But Mary stood without at the sepulchre weeping: and as she wept, she stooped down, and looked into the sepulchre, 12And seeth two angels in white sitting, the one at the head, and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain. 13And they say unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? She saith unto them, Because they have taken away my Lord, and I know not where they have laid him. 14And when she had thus said, she turned herself back, and saw Jesus standing, and knew not that it was Jesus. 15Jesus saith unto her, Woman, why weepest thou? whom seekest thou? She, supposing him to be the gardener, saith unto him, Sir, if thou have borne him hence, tell me where thou hast laid him, and I will take him away. 16Jesus saith unto her, Mary. She turned herself, and saith unto him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master.
At the tomb, the stone is rolled away and Jesus is not there. Jesus lets Mary know that He is alive. Jesus prophesied that He would rise and come back to life after His death, and He does. Revelation 9:13 to 11:14
13And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God, 14Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. 15And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. 16And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them. 17And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone. 18By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths. 19For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt. 20And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: 21Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.
CHAPTER 10
1And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire: 2And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth, 3And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices. 4And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not. 5And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven, 6And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer: 7But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets. 8And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth. 9And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey. 10And I took the little book out of the angel’s hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter. 11And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.
Revelation 11
1And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein. 2But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.
3And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. 4These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth. 5And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed. 6These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will. 7And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. 8And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. 9And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves. 10And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth. 11And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. 12And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them. 13And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven. 14The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.

19There was a division therefore again among the Jews for these sayings. 20And many of them said, He hath a devil, and is mad; why hear ye him? 21Others said, These are not the words of him that hath a devil. Can a devil open the eyes of the blind?
After Jesus finishing speaking, some think He is has a devil, but others say that the devil can’t open blind eyes. John 20:18
18Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and that he had spoken these things unto her.
After Jesus finished talking to Mary, she goes to the disciples and tells them that she has seen Jesus. Some people prophesied that only the Lord can open blind eyes and Mary tells the disciples that her eyes have been open and see has seen the Lord.

Are your eyes open yet, do you realize how blind you really are?

You know, only the Lord can open them.

Jesus walks in the temple and explains His works, then He talks about eternal life. Jesus and His Father are one. The Jews want to stone Him because He is only a talking man, but is making Himself God.

9 John 10:22-33
22And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter. 23And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon’s porch. 24Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly. 25Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father’s name, they bear witness of me. 26But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. 27My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 28And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. 29My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. 30I and my Father are one. 31Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.

32Jesus answered them, Many good works have I showed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?

33The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.

Jesus walks into a temple and the people don’t want Him to be vague in His saying any longer. So Jesus honors their request. He tell them to look at His works. His works bear witness that He has reversed/fulfilled all past wrongs, and now He is prophesying the future that He will fulfill.

Jesus gives the same eternal life that was in the Garden of Eden in the Tree of Life. All they have to do it chose Him, and choosing Jesus is the same a choosing the Father.

They don’t choose Jesus, but want to stone Him.

Jesus is playing with them now. Since Jesus has used His “works” to reverse all their “not choosing God” in the past, He now ask them which of these works (that fixed all your wrongs choices) do you want to stone me for.

But they want to stone Him because is is only a man and makes Himself out as a God.

The reason they want to stone Jesus is the only reason that proves that He is God. God had to return to them as a speaking man because they chose Moses (a speaking man), instead of God at the mountain.

John 20:19 – John 21:14
Jesus appears in closed room
John 20:19-30
19Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. 20And when he had so said, he showed unto them his hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw the Lord. 21Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. 22And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost: 23Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained. 24But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came. 25The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.

Jesus appears in closed room again
John 20:26-29
26And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you. 27Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. 28And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God. 29Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.

John 20:30-31
30And many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book: 31But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.

Jesus appears in open area with water and fire pit
John 21:1-9
1After these things Jesus showed himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias; and on this wise showed he himself. 2There were together Simon Peter, and Thomas called Didymus, and Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two other of his disciples. 3Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee. They went forth, and entered into a ship immediately; and that night they caught nothing. 4But when the morning was now come, Jesus stood on the shore: but the disciples knew not that it was Jesus. 5Then Jesus saith unto them, Children, have ye any meat? They answered him, No. 6And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes. 7Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his fisher’s coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea. 8And the other disciples came in a little ship; (for they were not far from land, but as it were two hundred cubits,) dragging the net with fishes. 9As soon then as they were come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid thereon, and bread.

Invites you into His Tabernacle to dine
John 21:10-14
10Jesus saith unto them, Bring of the fish which ye have now caught. 11Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken.

***They dine on what Jesus already had, not what they brought.***

12Jesus saith unto them, Come and dine. And none of the disciples durst ask him, Who art thou? knowing that it was the Lord. 13Jesus then cometh, and taketh bread, and giveth them, and fish likewise. 14This is now the third time that Jesus showed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead.
Jesus builds a temple with His “works” as He returns to the disciples three times; first, in a closed room (Holy of Holies); second, in a closed room (Holy Place); third, in an open area with water and and fire pit (Outer Court).

Jesus then wants them to dine with Him. He provides the food, just like in the Garden of Eden.

Jesus prophesied in the temple to look at His works. His works have reversed every death choice from the past and now He offers them eternal life if they will chose Him as He stands before them.

Jesus then fulfills His own prophecy by using His three appearances (or works) to construct the three area temple and then provides them food.

34Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?

35If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;

36Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

37If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.

38But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.

Jesus points the Jews to Psalm 82:1-8. These verses prophesy that the Jews will stand and judge between God and a wicked person (Jesus or Barabbas). The choice is between eternal live and death. Verse 7 prophesies that their choice will be death, Barabbas.

Jesus once again goes back to focus on two thing, His works and “I am the Son of God”. All His works point you to the fact that only God can go back in time and then go into the future to fix or fulfill all wrongs and prophecies.

From the Old Testament: “Ye are gods.”

**********
Psalm 82
1God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.
2How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.
3Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.
4Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.
5They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.
6I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.
7But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.
8Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.
**********
Psalm 82 tells man that they are “gods” in the sense that they will stand and judge between God and the wicked person. In other words, they will play “god” and judge God Himself, and when you do, you will die like men. But don’t worry, God will still arise again. Jesus prophesies to go back to, “Ye are gods”, in your scriptures and then once again tells them to look at His works.

Those verses literally prophesy that the Jews will chose a thief instead of God Himself. It points them to the Father/son image. It tells them they are walking in darkness, even since the beginning (Garden of Eden). God always has “children” at each choosing time. The “gods” will choose wrong and die like men. And finally, God will arise.

At this point, Jesus’ “work” is to tell them that they are going to fulfill the scriptures.

Revelation 12:3-4
3And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. 4And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.

39Therefore they sought again to take him: but he escaped out of their hand,

40And went away again beyond Jordan into the place where John at first baptized; and there he abode. 41And many resorted unto him, and said, John did no miracle: but all things that John spake of this man were true. 42And many believed on him there.

First they try to capture Jesus and kill Him now but they can’t take Him.

Second, these verse are pointing back to the beginning of the book of John and John the baptizer. Remember, this book started out with matching verses pointing to Moses at the mountain vs. the Word made flesh. God is pointing you to the next return of God to man. God always returns in the choice you made. God is telling you that a thief will be chosen this time. So you know what to look for the next time.

Now back to John
John 21:15-17
15So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these?
He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee.
He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.

16He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me?
He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee.
He saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

17He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me?
And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee.
Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.

Two times in the past, the person who choose correctly, was feeding the sheep: Abel and Moses. Jesus is the lamb. Each of those times, man would not choose God, but chose the death alternative. Jesus is fixing the past two choices (Garden and Mountain), and also fixing the one future wrong choice (Roman Court). So man -has rejected/will reject- God three times, so Jesus tries to show the one that loved God was always connected to the lamb or sheep. Jesus is showing the escape from each death choice would have been to follow the person with the lamb or sheep.

The key to making the correct choice each time the Life Choice was offered to man was to know that God doesn’t not want what you saw the last time, God will fully fill the last thing thing you were given (the down payment), and show up in a new form. This is why the reference back to John the baptizer, John started off fulfilling the Moses choice by pointing to The Word was God and was made flesh and dwelt “tabernacled” with man.

Revelation 12:5-8
5And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne. 6And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days. 7And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, 8And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
In John,
In Revelation,
Let’s go back to the beginning where John was first baptizing to review.
11 Malachi 4:4-6
4Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments. 5Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD: 6And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.
John 1:1-39
1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2The same was in the beginning with God. 3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. 6There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. 8He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. 9That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.
10He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. 11He came unto his own, and his own received him not.
12But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. 14And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt (dwelt = verb “tabernacled”) among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
15John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me. 16And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. 17For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. 18No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
19And this is the record of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who art thou? 20And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Christ. 21And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No. 22Then said they unto him, Who art thou? that we may give an answer to them that sent us. What sayest thou of thyself? 23He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias. 24And they which were sent were of the Pharisees. 25And they asked him, and said unto him, Why baptizest thou then, if thou be not that Christ, nor Elias, neither that prophet? 26John answered them, saying, I baptize with water: but there standeth one among you, whom ye know not; 27He it is, who coming after me is preferred before me, whose shoe’s latchet I am not worthy to unloose. 28These things were done in Bethabara beyond Jordan, where John was baptizing.
29The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. 30This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me. 31And I knew him not: but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing with water. 32And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him. 33And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with the Holy Ghost. 34And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.
35Again the next day after John stood, and two of his disciples; 36And looking upon Jesus as he walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God! 37And the two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus. 38Then Jesus turned, and saw them following, and saith unto them, What seek ye?
They said unto him, Rabbi, (which is to say, being interpreted, Master,) where dwellest thou? 39He saith unto them, Come and see.
They came and saw where he dwelt, and abode with him that day: for it was about the tenth hour.
Stop looking to the way God was on the Mountain. Look for what you choose (a speaking man) instead of the way you saw God last.

God will put His Word in a speaking flesh man, He will build a tabernacle as He dwells among you. He is the Lamb of God and will show you where He dwells.

Why the 10th hour?
If you divide a 24 hour day up into 7 parts, each part would be 3.428 hours. If it is the 10th hour, Jesus is explaining where He dwells in a “7 part” tabernacle, He is just shy of the end of the 3rd part (which ends at 10:30 hours). He is in the 3rd room (Outer Court) and is right at the door ready to move to the 4th part, outside the tabernacle, out in man’s world. The next location is not where you want to be, it is outside of God’s dwelling place, outside of His Tabernacle, and outside of His Kingdom.
