#1 Innocence	¹⁰And Moses said unto the LORD, O my Lord,	Moses was just told about the first Passover and he can’t believe he can do what is needed.	¹²After this he went down to Capernaum, he, and his mother, and his brethren, and his disciples: and they continued there not many days. ¹³And the Jews’ passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem,	It is about time for Passover.	Getting ready for Passover.
#2 Self Awareness	I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.	Moses explains to God that he can’t free his people and the animals.	¹⁴And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting: ¹⁵And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers’ money, and overthrew the tables; ¹⁶And said unto them that sold doves,	Jesus is strong enough to free and cleans the temple. Jesus frees the sheep and oxen from the temple.	Moses can’t set free but Jesus sets free.
#3 Government	¹¹And the LORD said unto him, Who hath made man’s mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the LORD?	God is the ruler over man’s house (man’s body).	Take these things hence; make not my Father’s house an house of merchandise.	The Father has a house also and Jesus is ruling over that house.	The Lord tells of His power over man’s house (his body). Jesus shows His power in God’s house (the temple).
#4 Promise	God tells Moses that he will “know/remember” what to say in the future.	God talking about bringing his people to a place flowing with good things. God names six groups/places that need to be cleansed or filled with new people.	¹⁷And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up.	Disciples remember what was said in the past.	Past and future “knowing.” One will know in the future and one remembers something foretold in the past. Repeats in 6 below.
#5 Law	¹³And he said, O my Lord, send, I pray thee, by the hand of him whom thou wilt send. ¹⁴And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Moses, and he said, Is not Aaron the Levite thy brother? I know that he can speak well. And also, behold, he cometh forth to meet thee: and when he seeth thee, he will be glad in his heart. ¹⁵And thou shalt speak unto him,	God proves His word by telling Moses what will happen in the future (a sign). It will come to pass.	¹⁸Then answered the Jews and said unto him, What sign showest thou unto us, seeing that thou doest these things? ¹⁹Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. ²⁰Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days? ²¹But he spake of the temple of his body.	Jews want Jesus to prove himself with a sign. Jesus gives them a sign that will come to pass.	Future told, Aaron coming and temple will be raised up. Aaron was the first High Priest in the tabernacle/temple.
#6 Grace -in-	and put words in his mouth: and I will be with thy mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what ye shall do.	God tells Moses that he will “know/remember” what to say in the future.	²²When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.	Disciples will remember what was said and the sign will be fulfilled.	Similar to 4 above, past and future knowing.
#7 God’s Rule	¹⁶And he shall be thy spokesman unto the people: and he shall be, even he shall be to thee instead of a mouth, and thou shalt be to him instead of God. ¹⁷And thou shalt take this rod in thine hand, wherewith thou shalt do signs. ¹⁸And Moses went and returned to Jethro his father in law, and said unto him, Let me go, I pray thee, and return unto my brethren which are in Egypt, and see whether they be yet alive. And Jethro said to Moses, Go in peace.	Moses with be like God to Aaron and Aaron will know it. Moses will do miracles with the rod. Moses comments himself to go to see if his people are still alive.	²³Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did. ²⁴But Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men, ²⁵And needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.	People believe in Jesus authority due to the miracles that He does. Jesus does not commit to the people because He knows what is really in them even though they believe in Him.	Both talking about someone “being or recognizing” God.
