Clearly this is about Jesus.
Mountain John 15:1b
1bhe went forth with his disciples over the brook Cedron,

Crossing water reference is like the story of Moses crossing the Red Sea.

Garden John 15:1c-2
1c where was a garden, into the which he entered, and his disciples. 2And Judas also, which betrayed him, knew the place: for Jesus ofttimes resorted thither with his disciples.

After reference to Jesus, then crossing a body of water, they end up in a garden now. Clearly a garden reference.
