18c… This commandment have I received of my Father.

 Jesus says that His Father has commanded Him to do these things. John 20: 17-18
17Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God. 18Mary Magdalene came and told the disciples that she had seen the Lord, and that he had spoken these things unto her.

 Jesus commands Mary not to touch Him yet, He must return to His Father first.

Jesus prophesied the command of His Father and then wouldn’t let Mary touch Him until He fulfills the command from His Father.
