Exodus 4:28-31
28And Moses told Aaron all the words of the LORD who had sent him, and all the signs which he had commanded him. 29And Moses and Aaron went and gathered together all the elders of the children of Israel: 30And Aaron spake all the words which the LORD had spoken unto Moses, and did the signs in the sight of the people. 31And the people believed: and when they heard that the LORD had visited the children of Israel, and that he had looked upon their affliction, then they bowed their heads and worshipped.

Moses tells Aaron all the words and acts of God. Arron then tells and acts out the signs to the elders that God instructed him to do. The people believe and worshiped the Lord. John 3:32-36
32And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth; and no man receiveth his testimony. 33He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that God is true. 34For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him. 35The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.
36He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

Jesus has already seen and heard all the acts that He is saying and doing, but man can’t understand what is going on. God sent a man to speak God’s word this time because man chose a man to speak to them at the mountain the last time. Jesus has the spirit without measure, as compared to all other men that have only had a part of the spirit. Just like there was life in the tree in the garden and life on the mountain, now life is in a man. If they believe they will have live. Speaking God’s words, doing miraculous signs, and the choice to believe.
